Full-time
Monday to Friday 08.00 to 4.30 pm
£10.50 ph.
Temp to perm.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Operate laminating machines to protect and preserve important documents.
Assist in printing and photocopying documents as required.
Enter and update data accurately in various databases and systems.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask,prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
