Description

Mechanical technician (plumber)

Dealing with HVAC
Basic Maintenance works
Basic plumbing works
Duties include carrying out both reactive and PPM maintenance

Must be a qualified NVQ Level 3

Experience working in a healthcare environment is essential with AHU maintenance experience
Must have extensive experience of building services in a maintenance role
Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose technical faults

42hr week, 4 on 4 off,

12hour night shift at Hospital.

Annual salary for level 3 NVQ - £40,465.52 plus night shift allowance of £2,590.00

Regular over time available with a basic of £ annually.
