Description
Based in Enfield EN3 Close to Brimsdown Station (3 Minutes Walking )

  • 3 days of work per week. minimum 20 hours per week

Duties

  • Recording and reconciliation financial transactions
  • Completing tax forms
  • Maintaining company ledgers
  • Creating and processing Purchase invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Managing petty cash
  • Fact checking financial documents & Providing Directors with management accounts
  • Preparing information for accountants to verify
  • Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Performing additional bookkeeping duties as required
  • Chasing Receipts

Requirements:


  • An accounting or bookkeeping qualification (partqualified at least 3 years of study)
  • Some experience of working in an Accounts/Financebased role
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • Strong verbal and written English skills required
  • Experience working with integrated accounting software essential
  • Experience working with a Customer Management System is desired
