RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines.

We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.


The role demands a highly motivated individual that will be able to develop and deliver compelling content that drives engagement internally and externally.

It also requires a considered and adaptable individual who can develop and manage RWG's communications and engagement communications plans.


Job Detail:


  • Design and deliver an impactful and comprehensive internal and external communication plan that drives employee engagement, customer value and stakeholder understanding.
  • Develop and support the delivery of an external communications calendar, in close alignment with stakeholders and business objectives.
  • Utilise social media platforms to amplify brand messaging and to engage with target audiences.
  • Craft engaging content for website, social media posts, blog articles, press releases and other external communication channels.
  • Plan and deliver a diverse and engaging programme of internal communication activities, projects and campaigns to support of RWG's strategic objectives.
  • Source interesting and inspiring stories/case studies that bring RWG's strategy and culture to life.
  • Lead the internal Communication working party to ensure SharePoint, TriplePlay and newsletter content remains current and engaging.
  • In conjunction with the Business Development team, create marketing campaigns for both new customer acquisition and retention programs, delivering timely and engaging content.
  • Provide support for trade shows, conferences, customer events and roadshows including trade stand design, digital and print media communications.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Experience developing communications plans that achieve measurable results with target audience.
  • Confident advising leaders on reputation, communication, and employee engagement issues.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, a flair for storytelling and an ability to convey information in smart, creative formats.
  • Experience of maintaining and continuously improving employee engagement channels whilst measuring their impact.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, flexible, hands on and able to respond and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Proficiency in digital media campaign management and monitoring tools.
