Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Physiotherapy and Nursing equipment teams.

Data Entry and Management: Utilize strong computer skills to perform data entry, data management, and maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Microsoft Systems Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in various Microsoft systems, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Ability to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders as required.

File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Task Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall productivity of the office.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address day-to-day challenges and contribute to process improvement.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues within the office and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
