40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Hours will be set according to a rota, created on a monthly basis by the Front of House Manager.
Some unsociable hours and weekend working may be required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities As the Senior Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's front desk and supporting the overall patient experience. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the Front of House (FOH) team, acting as an escalation point for any issues or complaints, overseeing financial processes, managing vendor relations, and handling general FOH duties.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Support:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the FOH team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Regular 1:1s with the FOH team supported by FOH Manager
- Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with the Front of House Manager, Clinical Services Manager and Customer Service and Training Manager to escalate any concerns within the team and support appropriate action plans for improvement.
- Support the Clinic Manager with developing a positive team culture, upholding the company values.
Escalation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving daytoday issues and escalate to the relevant Operation Manager where appropriate.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive situations, and work towards achieving satisfactory resolutions.
Finances:
- Manage daily banking
- Ensure that invoicing is carried out accurately and promptly
- Take responsibility of the clinics master file and unsent invoice report to minimise bad debt.
- Collaborate with the finance department to implement strategies for debt recovery when necessary.
Relationships:
- Meet and greet of thirdparty vendors and service providers, ensuring that they are welcomed and directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or issues that may arise.
General FOH Duties:
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Checking patients in and out and providing a warm welcome.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Scanning
- Diary management, including opening new clinicians diaries on MDB and Online Booking
- Collection of card details to secure appointment
- Collection of patient reviews
Previous Experience / Qualities required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional can do attitude

- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time keeping
- IT literate
- Experience in a spa, hotel, and healthcare or leisure reception
- Experience in supervising a front of house team
Job Types:

Up to £30,000.00 per year
