  • Prepare Quotes & assist with the preparation of sales tenders
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
