An opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR Operations Team.


You will engage in multiple sourcing methods, and ensure process is adhered to in regard to the processing of pre-employment checks via our applicant tracking system.


The Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for the management and development of strong relationships with key stakeholders; leading and driving the permanent, bank and agency recruitment strategy for that client.

You must be able to operate in a highly complex environment.


This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual who will be viewed by their stakeholders as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best practice approach to contingent recruitment is adopted.

A strong HR focus allowing for a strong culture of best practice and continuous improvement is required.

The Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for management and development of strong relationships with key stakeholders; leading and driving the recruitment strategy for the Trust.

The postholder must be able to operate in a highly complex environment with demanding stakeholders who have strong understanding of the NHS and have recruitment and HR experience.

This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and collaborative client-facing individual who will support stakeholders, ensuring a best practice approach to recruiting is adopted

To analyse and use management information (from TRAC and other sources), to support discussions around recruitment activity and proposals on new attraction and selection strategies for the future, with HR colleagues

To be the focal point for all recruitment queries across the hiring

To proactively ensure that all recruitment activity required is delivered effectively to agreed timescales and quality


To ensure that the core recruitment service is delivered effectively in line with contractual agreement and drive the provision of value added service where appropriate.
