CNC Wood Operative

Hours
A Permanent 40 hours per week role Monday to Friday.


Holiday
21 days in the first year accruing 1 day per year to a maximum of 26 days.


About ATC


ATC is a family run company started in 1974 manufacturing some the of the finest loudspeakers and electronics in the world.

We make products for both the pro and hifi markets and all products are manufactured out of our facility just outside Stroud.


This role will start in Evesham where our current cabinet factory is but will move to a new facility in Stroud in 2024.

Additional travel costs to Evesham will be supported.


The Role - CNC Wood Machinist

  • Preparing and operating CNC machines. Preferably with experience in working with wood
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts on to the machine
  • Study technical drawings to ensure components are being made to the correct specifications
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations to ensure safe working environment
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as requested

It is of benefit if you have:

  • Have a proactive attitude and demonstrate flexibility
  • Proven experience of programming and running CNC Machine in wood industry
  • Organised, punctual and reliable with excellent timekeeping
  • Good all round communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
  • Ability to listen to and follow instructions
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment
