SALARY:
£20,000

Due to expansion we are assisting our client based on the outskirts of Birmingham ( B44 ) area to recruit a Administrator on a permanent basis

This role will be fully office based

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00 am pm with a 60 minute lunch

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support.

  • Use the full Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium cloud suite and Microsoft Team Sites.
  • Produce reports and keep spreadsheets up to date.
  • Input data on to computerised system.
  • Support various departments as necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries.
  • Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in administration
  • A methodical approach to work.
  • Confident personality.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • An ability to work using own initiative.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Microsoft Word/ Excel skills.
  • An adaptable and enthusiastic nature.

  • A willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.

  • Organised nature.
  • Willingness to start at grass roots level and the desire to learn and develop.
