As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching experience for children during their early years.

Some Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with children in a warm, caring, and nurturing manner, building trusting relationships and supporting their individual needs.
  • Plan and deliver ageappropriate activities and experiences that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and wellbeing, including observations, assessments, and developmental milestones.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, respected, and empowered to explore and learn.

Requirements:

Must have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
