With this in mind, we are looking for a charismatic, driven and customer focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Valuer.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fair and accurate rental valuations
  • Building a rapport with your clients; fully understanding their needs to ensure the service offered is tailored to their requirements
  • Providing expert advice; advising clients accordingly to best suit their interests
  • Agreeing fees and service levels
  • Listing properties quickly and efficiently in order to minimise void periods
  • Promoting the business by always displaying a positive and professional image


The role will be based from our Stockport head office but will require travel across our core areas, therefore a driving license and your own vehicle is essential.

Salary:
