_ The role_


As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent for THG Technology, ensuring we continue to hire exceptional people to support the growth of our end to end platform.


Your focus would be on hiring the best software engineers in the market; however, you'd get the chance to dive into a whole host of other areas from DevOps, Data, ML, Product and more.

It's never boring

You would be working with multiple stakeholders across the tech division to shape and build their teams.

This would mean you would be their SME for all things talent, providing insight and direction to their hiring plans.


We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with people and is capable of working independently to manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact through to contract completion.


_ Requirements_

  • Track record of recruiting within a fastpaced environment
  • Entry through to Director level
  • Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group
  • Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management
  • A desire to take full ownership of technology recruitment at THG, helping to shape our future growth
  • Able to headhunt the best talent for various highlevel technology roles
  • Experience recruiting the following roles; Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering & Science, Machine Learning, User Experience, Product & Project Management
