Description

  • Have effective conversations (both written and verbal) with our customers to understand their individual
circumstances and agree on a suitable solution from a range of options that will support
them going forward

  • Understand regulatory/industry requirements when speaking with customers and ensure
that you remain compliant

  • By understanding the customers circumstances that led them to financial difficulty, you'll
support, educate and signpost to external support to help set them up for success with
credit going forward

  • Use your judgement when assessing the right outcome for the customer
  • Support our customers through a range of challenging and sensitive situations taking
into account any vulnerabilities that may be present

Job Offer
£24000 starting salary, hourly works out at £13-14 per hour

Excellent benefits package including 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays

Temp to perm role

2 days per month in the office (can be more if you like)

Initial training Mon - Fri 9-5.30

After training there are 3 shift patterns 9-5.30, and 12-8, there is some Saturday work required for 6 months or so doing 9-5 with a day off in the week
