Stock Condition Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to work on a 6-month contract starting in January 2025. This exciting opportunity is a partnership between TSA Surveying and a leading Property Surveying Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys on a tablet device using asset management software.
• Survey over 8000 properties, focusing on stock condition and RDSAP assessments.
• Demonstrate expertise in energy efficiency, specifically RDSAP or DEA certifications.
• Benefit from refresher training, but prior experience is mandatory.

Requirements:

• ID Badges and calling cards for professional identification.
• A large property list and letter of authority for door-to-door visits.
• Regular updates on the survey progress through letter drops every 2-3 weeks.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
