Birmingham (On site) - £25,000 - £29,000 + Benefits

Applause IT are searching for an
IT Support Technicianwith experience across both a Windows and Google operating system who is sought by an educational provider based in Birmingham.

The
IT Support Technicianwill be responsible for providing exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to all users of the school, including staff, students, and visitors - ensuring a clear log of communication is maintained via the IT helpdesk.

Given the nature of the role you will need to be able to work and discuss with both technical and non-technical individuals.

The successful
IT Helpdesk Technician should have:

Be technically experienced and knowledgeable with the installation of windows and apple hardware, operating systems, and software
Experience of using Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Intune
Knowledge of virtualisation technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMware
