Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner to join a busy Mental Health Liaison Team based in Telford.

Your main responsibilities as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner:

You will provide mental health assessment and support for patients within general hospital settings and develop and implement care plans in co-operation with the General Hospital staff and adhere to the principals of Core 24 and guidance set out by NICE around standards of mental health care in acute hospitals.

What we are looking for in a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner:

Social Work England or NMC registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Postqualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work or Mental Health Nursing
