Global Travel Investments (GTI) is a Manchester-based event management company working within the aviation sector globally, providing not only events worldwide, but also platforms promoting the aviation industry generally.


Basic Description:


As an Event Delegate Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless and efficient management of all aspects related to event attendees.

This role involves overseeing the registration process, providing excellent customer service, coordinating delegate logistics, and maintaining accurate records.

You will be a crucial link between event organizers, attendees, and various stakeholders, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all participants.


  • Completing the delegate registration process
  • Coordinate logístical arrangements for delegates, including accommodation, transportation, and onsite amenities.
  • Communicating essential information to delegate, such as event schedules, venue details, and changes or updates
  • Resolving any issues that may arise with the delegate registration process
  • Collect and manage delegate information
  • Customer service (you will be the first point of call for delegates)
  • Onsite support
  • Feedback and evaluation
In general

  • Must be able to travel internationally.
  • Be selfmotivated and yet be able to operate effectively within a team.
  • Meet key people and top leaders of the industry.
  • Speak and write fluent English; a second language may also be useful but is not a requirement.
  • Basic PC literacy navigate a range of internal systems, knowledge and ability to work with Office Pack (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
