Business Development Manager - Telecoms
My client has had phenomenal success within the telecoms sector over the last 10 years.

Due to their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their successful team in West London.

This is a Hybrid working role, which offersgreat flexibility, with up to 2 days WFH. Salary package is £40-45k + £80k OTE (uncapped commission).

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on new business growth, and building long-lasting relationships with clients, to ease repeat business.

You will engage directly and with property stakeholders for commercial and freehold sites, to agree theinstallation of networks.

You must have 3 years+ as a Business Development Manager/Account Executive, in a 360-sales role
What will the role look like?

  • To contact new target clients, with a view to develop into longterm business relationships
  • To source new business opportunities within residential, or commercial business premises
  • Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.
  • Proactively building and managing your pipeline; targeting new clients and protecting and growing existing ones.
  • Identifying decision makers and engaging directly with relevant stakeholders
  • Identifying additional target sites, grow your pipeline.
  • Lead generation, relationship development & consortia building and management of them.
  • Communicating with Caretakers, Concierges, Property Manager, residents' associations, residents & freeholder, Clevel
  • Providing regular reporting on progress to management as required. Responsible for managing workflow and projects through the CRM.
  • Establish and build good working relationships with internal stakeholders to aid successful deployment of sites.
  • Influence resource coordination to ensure delivery.
  • Carry out strategic account management and planning.
  • Engaging with C-Level executives to sell the products and build value propositions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the product, the competition in the industry and positioning.
You need to have.

  • A strong background and experience in business development ideally in technology/telecoms/property sales (+3 years)
- knowledge and experience of freehold or leasehold property
- knowledge of vertical markets/sectors

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of working with senior level colleagues and customers
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of the 360 sales process and being able to work with tight deadlines and targets
