As a key member of the administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions and ensuring a seamless educational experience for students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and facilitating efficient office operations.
- Enrolment Management: Oversee the student enrolment process, handling admissions, registrations, and maintaining accurate and uptodate student records.
- Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for communication within the school community, fostering positive relationships with parents, faculty, and staff.
- Financial Administration: Assist in budget management, ensuring compliance with financial policies and tracking expenses.
- Human Resources Assistance: Collaborate with the HR department to support personnelrelated tasks, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in school administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software like SIMS is preferable
