Our office manager role is a fundamental part of our business today, but also one that will propel you to grow alongside our expanding business.

We're a relatively small team which means you're not making drinks and manning reception desks but you're in andamongst our consulting team, reporting directly into our CEO.

As we're a growing, energetic team who love to pull together to get things done, we are looking for someone that is keen to be in a London office several days a week, albeit with the ability to work from home sometimes.

Do you want to be:

  • Valued as an integral member of the team, fundamental to the growth of a business
  • The central hub of an organisation, doing jobs including:
  • Monitoring our internal processes and ISO administration
  • Monitoring and managing our social media postings
  • Managing our Salesforce partner administration
  • Making sure we are on top of all our actions as a senior leadership team
  • Preparing for our events
  • Liaising with clients and partners to make arrangements as needed

Do you have:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • A desire and drive to be organised and thorough
  • A can do attitude, keen to take on new challenges
  • The desire to independently own tasks and see them through to completion
  • 12 years experience in a similar role

What are we offering:
- £25-35k per annum DoE
