**About the Role

In this role as Quality Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the on-going development, and effective maintenance of the Integrated Management System [IMS], principally comprising ISO standards in Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity.


As a key member of the Compliance team, you will also be responsible for other functions and peripheral activities which are associated with the IMS, especially in the provision of Compliance support across different business functions and departments where necessary.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a desire to drive continuous improvement.


A driving licence is required for this role as you will be required to attend supplier / business partner sites from time to time to conduct audits and review meetings.

**What You Will Do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO2230
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Lead internal audits, together with thirdparty supplier [external] audits, providing solid reporting and ensuring the timely and effective resolution of audit findings and corrective actions where necessary.
  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance with regulatory requirements. Support in management review meetings
**Who You Are
Key attributes required to be successful in this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Science)
  • Experience in quality management ideally within the medical device industry.
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Strong Working Knowledge of ISO Standards including ISO 9001, ISO 2700, ISO 2230
  • Experience of internal audit as a minimum, however lead auditor experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Detailoriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results
