We are looking for a Property Management Administrator who will be providing full administration service to Property Managers, within the residential property management team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to Property Management team.
  • Act as first point of contact for client queries.
  • Prepare welcome packs
  • Support with budget preparation
  • Input invoices to QUBE
  • Update QUBE system with work orders and general information.
  • AGM preparation
  • General administration

Experience/knowledge required:


  • High level of Word must be proficient at mail merge (this will be tested)
  • High level of Excel skills (this will be tested)
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work load Proactive approach to role
  • Ideally have an understanding of property management issues
