We are looking for a Property Management Administrator who will be providing full administration service to Property Managers, within the residential property management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Property Management team.
- Act as first point of contact for client queries.
- Prepare welcome packs
- Support with budget preparation
- Input invoices to QUBE
- Update QUBE system with work orders and general information.
- AGM preparation
- General administration
Experience/knowledge required:
- High level of Word must be proficient at mail merge (this will be tested)
- High level of Excel skills (this will be tested)
- Good eye for detail
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work load Proactive approach to role
- Ideally have an understanding of property management issues
