Are you a passionate Primary Teacher, specialising in Key Stage 2, looking for a new role for January 2023? Would you like to join a modern academy with fantastic internal and external facilities?

Tradewind is supporting a partner school based in the lovely countryside of Aylesbury, looking to recruit a qualified Year 5 Teacher on a permanent basis for January 2023


Year 5 Teacher - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Permanent basis on MPS/UPS pay scale (£28,000 to £38,810) plus optional TLR

Ofsted 'Good' School, constantly improving through modernisation of the campus

Two larger Year 5 classes with ample classroom support

About the School


This leading academy on the outskirts of Aylesbury, is becoming more and more popular since its creation less than 10 years ago.

The modern facilities, inclusive culture and teaching, along with compassionate and supportive staff has enabled the school togrow. The school are currently having a modern extension added to the existing building to create more classroom space.

There is a space for an experienced KS2 Teacher or an ECT looking to gain experience to take a Year 5 class.

As expected from this 'Good'Ofsted school, the staff retention rate is very high due to the culture at the school and the opportunities for personal and professional growth.

To join us and be successful in this Year 5 Teacher role we require:

  • QTS holder in Primary Education
  • this role is also suitable for ECT's.
  • Ideally experienced working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
  • Confident and keen to help support students through a stressful time in their early education.
  • Keen to be part of a successful team and wanting to develop a longterm career at the school.
