Description

Prasco UK Ltd is one of the UK's leading automotive crash repair parts supplier. Due to further expansion we are looking for two Customer Service Advisor's to work from our offices in Thorne, Doncaster.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Main Duties

  • Maintain excellent relationships with a number of allocated key existing accounts.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to maximise sales, engage in dialog with customers to understand their needs.
  • Manage customer expectations, keep promises and commitments.
  • Receive inbound calls to take customers orders.
  • Place orders using a computerised system.
  • Overcome price concerns and other objections by demonstrating value for money and current market competition.
  • Inform customers of out of stock items and offer alternatives if applicable.
  • Maximise sales by informing customers of special deals or prices.
  • Diffuse difficult conversations professionally.
  • Input notes, log calls and information onto a customer relationship management system.
  • Support the accounts department by chasing outstanding debts.
  • Work towards overachieving sales targets as set by the Sales Office Manager.
  • Carry out all other duties commensurate to the role and level of responsibility.
  • Be aware of all risk assessments and work within any restrictions set.
- always use PPE (personal protective equipment) responsibly and keep in good repair.

  • Only use equipment that you are fully trained to operate.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A good understanding of automotive body parts preferred.
  • A good level of maths and English.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to input information accurately.
  • Thrives working within a target driven environment, comfortable working to KPI's
  • Work on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem solve and suggest solutions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to form and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to be assertive where necessary whilst still maintaining a level of professionalism.
  • Ideally hold at least 2 years sale experience within a similar environment.

Generic Requirements

  • Adhere to and follow the company's policy and procedures at all times.
  • Be aware of and follow all guidance provided, including the staff handbook, drivers' handbook, risk assessments and other related documentation as provide by the company.
  • Ensure personal knowledge of company documentation is kept up to date i.e. policies, staff and driver handbook etc.
  • To be responsible for own Health and Safety at all times, ensuring any accidents or unsafe working conditions are reported in the correct manner.
  • Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service, being polite and courteous at all times.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity to ensure the workplace is free from bullying and harassment.
  • Do not act in a manner that will bring the company's name into disrepute.
  • Keep all company information confidential.
  • Be proactive in finding solutions to problems.
  • Be willing to undertake any personal development and training deemed relevant to the role.
