Job Description Role Overview**In this role you will support the Financial Controller with a range of financial duties and adhoc requests as well as other admin jobs to support the wider business.

What will you be doing?

Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Matching purchasing invoices to purchase order and posting purchase invoices ensuring correct cost centres
Bank/Credit Card reconciliation
VAT returns
Posting journals and running monthly reports

What are we looking for?

Good understanding of bookkeeping principles
Experience in using accounting software (Sage 50) and MS Office/Outlook
Numerical with strong attention to detail
Bookkeeping qualification: e.g. ICB, IAB, AAT etc
Industry experience of bookkeeping
