HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are on the lookout for a brilliant and proactive Marketing & PR Intern at Buccellati - Italian jewellery house with over a 100-year history of timeless and exceptional craftmanship.

Key responsibilities

Press & Reporting

Support the PR & Marketing Manager with press communication and requests on a daily basis as directed, including send outs, credits and follow ups
Build relationships with junior press and stylists' assistants
Monitor track and archive UK press coverage clippings online and in print. Create media reports to communicate to HQ and the wider UK team
Conduct market analysis research creating monthly reports across PR, brand competitor analysis, press activity, talent, and influencers.
Support the PR & Marketing Manager proactively with ideas for new influencer connections, events, press and editorial opportunities

Stock management

Attend photoshoots, local talent, and influencer fittings to ensure pieces are handled correctly
Aid in photo shoot planning and preparation, including the creation of presentations and security protocol logistics

Events

Support the PR & Marketing Manager during all events according to the team's needs
Assist with the planning and preparation of upcoming client and PR events by researching and documenting team ideas, liaising with suppliers and deliveries and to help ensure the smooth running in the build up and on the day itself
Compile postevent coverage reports

General

Keep budget trackers updated to monitor spend and assist in invoice processing
Track and update inhouse advertising and media calendars
Assist the PR & Marketing Manager with the creation of PR materials including look books and pitch decks
Adhoc projects as required
