Are you an experienced joiner looking for a job with an immediate start? This is an excellent opportunity for you to use your experience and expertise to a high standard.

The company is a property management company, specialising in residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a joiner who will be working independently, with strong communication and organisational skills. The invidual in this role would be able to speak to tenants regarding maintenance of their homes and liaise back to the office regarding any issues. Although the job is advertised in a specific location, you will be working surrounding areas.

As a joiner, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to:

  • Fabricate and install various structures and fixtures
  • Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and tools
  • Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry
  • Perform masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete work
  • Utilise power tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Weld metal components as needed
  • Use hand tools to perform various tasks
  • Organising and prioritising your workload
  • Working in empty homes
  • Upgrading homes
  • Dealing with customers responsive repairs in their homes we manage
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the company.


What we require from you:


  • A driving license is ESSENTIAL as you would need to get to the jobs
  • Health and Safety Awareness, we believe you should always keep yourself and others safe
  • You will have at least an NVQ Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent)
  • You will have experience of working as a joiner previously (Minimum 1 Year)
