We are currently recruiting for a global company who are seeking two 'Customer Care Specialist's' to join their Milton Keynes Office.

The working hours are 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Specialist:

  • Receive requests from customers for pricing, adjustments to current orders and enquiries on current stock levels of consumables.
  • Ensure ALL requests are responded to within the day received.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers in order to give them the best possible service in all types of media interactions.
  • Create all customers orders in SAP.
  • Responsible for purchasing, tracking, communicating and the final invoicing of the goods on open orders.
  • Coordinate a timely delivery in order to meet the customer's needs.
  • Use SalesForce and SAP to retrieve customer information.
  • Work with the Global Supply Chain and Business Unit to understand stock availabilities whilst using SAP.
  • Log any customer complaints via Saleforce.
  • Create return orders and credit notes to customers through SAP.
  • Receive external customer telephone calls via CISCO.
  • Arrange meetings and discussions through Microsoft TEAMS.
  • Provide Account Management to identified key customers.
  • Adhere to Customer Care KPI's ensuring they are achieved via Daily and Visual Management.

Requirements for a Customer Care Specialist:

  • Customer Service Mindset.
  • Strongly customer oriented (both internal and external).
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, order processing is preferable.
