CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a market leading and award winning UK business, to support with the appointment of a Financial Accountant.

A fantastic opportunity to join the business while they continue to grow, promoting remote and flexiblepolicies within the workplace.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the Financial Accountant will be accountable for financial controls and governance and responsible for accurate and timely reporting of group financialinformation.

What will the role of a Financial Accountant involve?

Production of annual statutory accounts;
Preparation of financial information under UK GAAP/IFRS;
Preparation of corporate tax reporting including VAT submissions;
Supporting the Financial Controller with development of finance controls, systems and processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant;
Previous experience producing financial accounts including knowledge of IFRS/GAAP;
Strong business partnering and communication skills;
A confident selfstarter, with the ability to work well under pressure and within a complex environment.
