Clinical Lead Position - Full-Time Opportunity in Stockport SK12

Responsibilities as Clinical Lead:

This role requires utilizing professional judgment to make clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to ensure every resident's needs are met


Key duties include:

  • Providing effective leadership on all issues related to clinical excellence, including clinical training and competencies
  • Ensuring knowledge of and adherence to CQC guidelines for continued compliance
  • Participating in the oncall service on a rota basis and completing floor shifts as needed
  • Collaborating with clients, families, professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance care quality
  • Keeping the team updated with the latest clinical developments through specialist training and mentoring
  • Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
  • Managing workload effectively, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining excellent communication and recordkeeping

Requirements as Clinical Lead:


  • NMC registered with an active PIN number without practice restrictions
  • Experience in a senior or similar role, preferably in Elderly/Dementia care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own car
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check required (DBS registered to the update service advantageous)
