Description

Purpose:


To support the company in all aspects of its day to day actives in a timely and professional manner, liaising with people of all levels within and outside of the organisation.

Liaise, negotiate and purchase/monitor goods and services from suppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships.

General Duties:_

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls accordingly

Take and relay messages in a timely manner

Respond to calls an provide information to callers in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction, in particular ensuring questions from clients about product and services

Provide information by answering questions and requests

Other duties as and when required to ensure smooth running of the business

Principal Duties:_

Liaise with suppliers for product information and prices ensuring computer systems are updated at all times.

Place and verify all external orders and ensure they are received in a timely manner,

Liaise and ensure customer specific items i.e. parts are correct and necessary


Create and publish:
-
Monthlyspecial offers leaflet
-
Weeklyproduct of the week
-
Ad hocnew product leaflet (as and when)
-
Ad Hocend of line clearance(as and when)

  • Update FB, LinkedIn and other market sites on a
    weekly basis
  • Create and/or source marketing material as required
  • Market products to appeal to the target markets
  • Investigate and implement effective ways to sell products

Education/Certification:

Essential:_
G.C.S.E. including Maths & English at C or above

NVQ Level 2 or above n Administration, Customer Services, IT or Marketing


Knowledge/Experience Required:

-
Essential:_

Minimum of 2 year's experience in and Purchasing/Administrative/Marketing Role

Desirable:_

Knowledge of Xero / Mailchimp

Salary:
£7.11-£12.00 per hour
