Our client is a high growth Recruitment firm that are looking for an organised individual to manage the payroll process of their growing contractor book.

The role is a 7-month fixed term contract with the chance to become a permanent member of staff.


The company have recently moved into their brand-new offices which boasts facilities such as a Gym, rooftop terrace and pergola like patio.


Responsibilities

  • Submission of all information to the outsourced payroll provider to ensure the monthly payroll is delivered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintains and oversees the payroll employee records for new hire, terminations and changes in pay rates
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all payroll processes
  • Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
  • Responsible for all reporting/auditing from a payroll perspective
  • Manage external payroll providers internationally
  • Enter variable payments e.g. holiday pay, monthly commission
  • Liaise with local tax authorities e.g. HMRC
  • Send all payroll documentation to employees e.g. P45, P11D
  • Work with HR to ensure all statutory payments are made as appropriate e.g. sick pay, maternity, paternity
  • Manage all pension providers and enrolments
  • Manage and train the Payroll Administrator
  • Any other payroll duties as required by the business
  • Understanding of employment terms & conditions, pay related policies and benefits provided by the Group to employees in order to assist and process accordingly

Requirements:


  • Experience working in a Recruitment company will be ideal however not necessary.
  • Someone who is immediately available (able to start before the 27th of February 2023)
  • 12 years minimum experience.
