We have an amazing opportunity in Broadstairs for a TraineeTechnicalSupportSpecialist to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working 37.5 hours Mon-Fri
Responsibilities

  • Developrelationshipswiththe companyanditsOEMsuppliers
  • Once trained you will deliver timely expert 2nd and 3rd line escalationsupportto1stlinesupportorganisationsprofessionally and in accordance with service level agreements
  • Fullyunderstandthefunctionalityandcapabilityofallcompany and appointed OEM WFIJ products
  • Researchnewtechnologieswithinthecompanyrangetodevelop procedures and training materials
  • Establisheffectiveworkingrelationshipsandnetworkswithin the company group Engineering & Application Teams to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared openly.
  • Investigateandreportfailuremodecauseandeffect
  • Assist with supporting product documentation, training requirementsanddistributionoftechnicalsupportinformation
  • Respond to requests for print samples and to carry out demonstrationsofequipmentboth facetofaceand remotely.
  • Completevalidationsonnewequipmentandinkranges.
  • Identify potential opportunities to improve work processes, tools and systems to streamline workflows
  • Supportthedepartmentasneededinspecialprojects

Skills and Experience

  • Ideallydegreelevelqualificationorsimilar,preferablyinan engineering or scientific discipline
  • Ability to communicate technology issues clearly to manager andtheteamwithawarenessofprioritiesanddeterminationto deliver results on time
  • Strongverbalcommunicationskillsincludingreportwriting
  • Proactive,ambitious,and strongabilityto learnnewthings
  • Highlyorganizedanddetailedwithcriticalattentiontodetail and documentation
  • FullUKdrivinglicencerequired
