Great opportunity to join a global, expanding market leader, established since 1977, to join our call centre team, and work fully remotely.

(You must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK).


Benefits:

  • Working hours: 37.5 or 40hour week
  • 3 Rota's available, to suit your lifestyle, Monday Friday; on a rota with 1 weekend in 4; OR late start from pm (Includes 2 weekends in 4 and 2 days off in the week)
  • Fully remote working, all IT equipment provided

  • You will start on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent after 6 months' probation.
  • Salary: £ £21,303
  • Holidays: 25 days and a buy and sell holiday scheme

The successful call centre agent will be involved in:

  • Providing high levels of customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Working to KPI's to ensure that calls and related administration are efficiently recorded throughout the day in a timely manner
  • Dealing with customer complaints effectively
  • Making the customer aware of additional products to upsell and promote our offers.
The successful call centre agent will have the following essential skills:

  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • A minimum of 1 years call centre experience, together with experience of working to KPI (targets).
  • A passion for sales and thrive on achieving sales bonus, by upselling products
  • Be selfmotivated to work remotely and achieve daily targets
  • Enjoy speaking to customers daily, resolving problems and building rapport easily.
These roles are to start on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent.
