Main duties and responsibilities


Are you passionate about supporting customers? We want to hear from you We are looking for a talented Junior Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will assist our customers during their onboarding process on the Nexudus Platform.

You will be responsible for the Customer's accounts set up as part of their onboarding process, ensuring their requirements are correctly gathered and implemented.

In summary, your day to day duties would include:


  • Work with the Training & Support teams to ensure that they are aware of how each account has been set up and implemented
  • Assist with setting up existing integrations (Access control systems, accounting integrations, Google Calendar integrations etc)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ontime and inscope solution delivery
  • Communicate with the Sales team and the customer through a new project implementation, managing project scope, risks and client expectations throughout the process
  • Identify trends and patterns across implementations, putting together best practices and creating resources for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide insights from customer implementations that help shape our product roadmap

Requirements:


  • Have implementation, customer success, or customer support experience ;or relevant qualification
  • Proven communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP)
  • Experience or desire to learn REST API functionality
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
