Are you someone who can keep a cool head whilst spinning lots of plates at once? If so, I have the role for you.

Jungheinrich, one of the leaders in Intralogistics are looking for a competent Service Dispatcher/Scheduler to come onboard and support theirbusiness and customers.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and logging as required
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and engineers
  • Allocate and monitor progress of planned and unplanned work
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date with status of their work
  • Make sure that all work is correctly charged to the customer
  • Monitor engineers' performance, log their timesheets, check overtime and track productivity

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Remain calm in pressured situation's
  • Attention to detail
  • Decision making and ownership/ accountability skills
  • SAP
