Description

We are looking for a Administration Assistant/Receptionist with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team at Searivers Leisure, Ynyslas.

General duties include supporting the office manager and sales manager undertaking various administrative tasks.

It is a varied role also involving reception work including answering owner and holidaymakers' queries, taking holiday bookings, raising jobs and passing to the maintenance department.


You should be a strong communicator with a good team work attitude and be prepared to support other members of the team in completing a range of tasks at busy times.

Weekend working is required but this is generally every other weekend on a rota basis.

Due to the location of the park, having your own transport to get to and from work will be essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months

Part-time hours: 36 per week


Salary:
£19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
