Currently a sole trader but I find myself in a very busy time and in need of a welder /fabricator / fitter to help out with an upcoming job, so helping out with cutting steel with grinders, plasma cutters and band saws.

being able to MIG weld essential, Tig welding would be an advantage, but not essential.

Perhaps looking for someone who is currently self employed and understands the need to get the job done and knows how to achieve the end result.

Ability to know how to use spanners, as I recently got a new customer who needs Repairs and routine maintenance on a food processing packing line

Working on my own I've been able to turn my hand to many new challenges, so an ability to adapt and learn on the job would be good

Being able to work things out for themselves and get a job done and not need telling what to do and how to do it, all the time

Currently a temporary contract, but if my work load continues, then may become a full time job

Wages are dependent on experience and what you can offer me
