Marketing Manager / Strategic Marketing Lead

£70,000 - £75,000 + benefits

Leading UK Facilities Management company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Marketing Lead to join the new Sector Marketing team.

In this role you will be one of the key players in contributing to the growth of the company

Responsibilities will be to create, lead and deliver a marketing strategy and plan to reinforce their market leading position of delivering technology and data driven facilities management and de-carbonisation solutions in the Telecomms, Energy, Environmentaland Engineering markets

Plan and lead the development, management and creation of lead generation, client retention and brand awareness marketing initiatives across the targeted sectors

Conceptualise, create through collaboration, and manage clear and concise multi-channel marketing campaigns, from cradle to grave.

Leverage the Group Marketing centres of excellence including digital, design and propositions/content capabilities alongside selected agency teams, ensuring effective campaign execution and value for money.

Work with the wider sector marketing team to ensure a consistency of approach, delivery and messaging strategy, utilising templated plans and activity where appropriate.

You will need to be an experience Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead in a similar sized top 100 company and experienced in a strategic marketing role.

A strategic thinker who can demonstrate broad awareness of issues, events and activities and an understandingof their long-term impact or wider implication

Qualifications in marketing or business an advantage. Analytically minded but also creative in approach.

Demonstrable self-motivation, independent initiative, highly organised, strong attention to detail, great project management, and creative problem-solving. A team player and effective relationship builder who is passionate and collaborative with great interpersonalskills.

This role will suit a Senior Marketing professional who has strong experience at "C" level stakeholder management and a strong strategic mind
