Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a rapidly growing business based in Bromsgrove. Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator for an eight-month temporary period with the potential to be extended. You will be working 2 days per week - Thursday and Friday.

Summary
Providing administrative support across a busy office team. This would be an ideal role for someone wishing to work part time alongside studying.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing customer data and information
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • General administrative duties
  • Answering telephone dealing with queries
  • Preparing correspondence

Skills and experience

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to work
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a keen eye for detail

Package and benefits

  • Monday
  • Friday 37.5 hours, 9 am 5.30 pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
