The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for Sales Coordinator to support the sales effort of the hotel by identifying and developing new business via telesales and after sales support.

To provide effective and efficient administration to the sales team.


Sales Coordinator key responsibilities:


  • Coordinate sales activity to maximize revenue from existing accounts at hotel level, national and international level
  • To regularly meet with the Account Director / Sales Manager to communicate customer feedback, problems encountered, sales information, and competitor knowledge and product changes
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • To attend and participate in hotels sales meetings, national and international Millennium & Copthorne sales meetings as required
  • To react to integrate promotional campaigns such as direct mail and advertising and to seek out prospective and susceptive clients for the hotel.
  • To undertake mailshots and telesales campaigns when required

Sales Coordinator will have:


  • Experience and knowledge of sales, preferable within the hotel market
  • Capacity to complete jobs within the deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for a Sales Manager who can successfully manage a strong relationship between the hotel and clients.

This includes existing accounts and new accounts that you would be expected to bring into the hotel.


You will employ your proven sales expertise, outstanding communication skills and wealth of fresh ideas to actively drive business to the hotel.


With your natural interpersonal skills, independence and professional appearance, inquisitive nature and your passion to achieve the best, you will have the chance to be part of providing a unique guest experience.


Sales Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for idea generation and prospecting new business to grow market share whilst also looking at ways to increase share from existing account
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on performance of key accounts / Contributing to weekly/monthly reporting on key activities completed / business developed#
  • Maximise potential sales opportunities for transient, group and event business and other ancillary
  • Requirement to understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market.
  • Contract negotiation and completion of corporate RFPs
  • Implement and follow the sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate, and occupancy thus achieving budget
  • Participate in client hospitality events, networking events, trade shows and Sales Mission in the UK & overseas when required

Sales Manager will have:

  • Experience and knowledge within the 4star hotel market in London.
