About The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our small marketing team and support the head of marketing and the wider business.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Aberdeen.

You will a have a particular focus on supporting our internal and external communications. Supporting key business stakeholders by managing internal communication and managing communications with our occupational health and private clients. Alongside supporting the delivery of the wider marketing plan.

What you will do:

Use graphic design tools
Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.
Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders within the business, to collate content for relevant publications, websites, and social media.
Assist with organising trade events and conferences. Alongside supporting stakeholders with their marketing collateral for clients and events.
Continually research and identify new marketing within occupational health and private health services.

About you:

Experienced in using marketing platforms, alongside graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.
Experienced in creating engaging and exciting content on a variety of platforms.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be highly organised, with great time management and be able to meet tight deadlines. You will be forward thinking and look to challenge current processes with fresh ideas.
