Casual Pastoral Support Officer
We are looking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer on a casual basis. The hourly rate is £13.47.


Responsibilities include:

provide support and supervision of pupils with Emotional, Behavioural Learning Difficulties; working with line managers to implement and supervise individualised work programmes for vulnerable pupils; liaising with external agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management.

What are we are looking for?


We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education, Previous experience of working with young people is essential, You will be committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be.

We are also looking for someone who has a good understanding of behaviour management strategies and experience working with children who have emotional, challenging and behavioural difficulties.

Malet Lambert is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required prior to appointment.
