Description
Our Stadium Tours and Museum experience provides an amazing opportunity for football fans to engage with Arsenal. We provide self-guided audio tours into the heart of the Emirates Stadium to approx. 200,000 supporters every year, as well as offering VIP tours, led by a variety of Arsenal Legends.

As a
Tour Host you'll be the face of our club and play a key role in communicating our story to our supporters.

You'll ensure that our guests receive the highest standard of service and will be on hand to answer questions about our club.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success - read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all.

We have a very defined purpose:
to act for a winning team, culture and community.

We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Your day-to-day

  • Interacting with our supporters in a friendly, enthusiastic, and polite manner.
  • Having a fantastic understanding of our tours audio content and being available to answer any questions from our supporters during a tour.
  • Briefing our supporters on how to use the audio equipment and ensuring they follow the correct route along the tour.
  • Assisting with Legend and guided tours, and occasionally leading guided tours yourself(excellent training would be provided).
  • Being a brand ambassador for our Arsenal products and experiences, ensuring you're able to recommend the best options for our supporters.

What we are looking for

  • A real passion for delivering amazing experiences for our supporters.
  • Someone who is friendly, a strong communicator, can work as part of a team and enjoys working with the public.
  • An enthusiasm for football and willingness to develop expert knowledge about our club and our history.
  • Customer service experience. Working at a visitor attraction or in a front line would be ideal, but not essential.
  • A commitment to working across weekends, weekdays, and peak holiday periods.
  • A second language would be wonderful, but not essential.

Arsenal for Everyone

Arsenal for Everyone is our commitment to promoting and embracing equality, diversity and inclusion, so that everyone connected to the club feels like they belong to the same Arsenal family.

We believe that diversity of background, skills and experience drives our success on and off the pitch.
