Job Opening: Spa Receptionist

Stanley House Hotel & Spa is currently seeking a Spa Receptionist for our deluxe 4-star privately owned establishment. Reporting to the Head Receptionist & Spa Manager, this position requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing revenue, and upholding the highest standards consistently. Meticulous attention to detail and precision in all administrative tasks are fundamental.


Job Attributes:
  • Previous experience in Front Office and Reception
  • Outstanding customer service abilities

  • Proficiency in sales techniques

Basic Job Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out procedures using a property management system
  • Processing of charges and payments
  • Collaborating effectively with departmental teams and spa staff
  • Handling reservations and sending detailed confirmations
  • Reviewing daily arrivals to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and completing correspondence promptly
  • Managing telephone communications
