Our client is an Ofsted 'Good' rated training provider who has been providing Apprenticeship programmes for 15 years across London and South West England.

Our client is seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver Health and Social Care apprenticeship programmes from L- L5, whilst incorporating the effective use of digital technology.

They are looking for assessors who are motivational, engaging and inspiring, demonstrating exceptional communication skills with both learners and employers.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

Delivering healthcare qualifications in accordance to the Apprenticeship Framework
Planning lessons in accordance to course standards
Planning and implementing learner progress reviews
Maintaining a record of learners progression
To encourage professional development of learners
Building and developing relationships with Employers
To ensure all learners receive feedback in a timely manner
To adapt your teaching methods to suit the needs of learners
To effectively manage cohorts of learners
To report all learner safeguarding issues to the authorised Safeguarding Officer
Communicate effectively across the organisation at all levels

Team Player with a positive approach

Essential Requirements:

Relevant qualifications related to Health and Social Care (Up to L5 highly preferred)
Teaching and Assessing qualifications
PTLLS/D32/D33/A1 or TAQA.
Some teaching experience delivering apprenticeship programmes to learners
Confident with using technology and programmes such as Microsoft Suite
Strong organisational and administration skills

Salary:
£100.00-£150.00 per day
