What You'll Do:


  • Appoints, coaches and guides a manufacturing team;
  • Collaborates with Product Engineering, not exclusively, to successfully introduce new products;
  • Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Performance (SQDIP) of the Value Stream;
  • Embraces and promotes continuous improvement, safeguarding and monitoring said improvements;
  • Leads projects that arise from the above continuous improvement approach;
  • Develops and guides the team to build a learning organisation that coordinates processes as efficiently and as optimally as possible.

Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;


  • Microsoft office

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • SAP;
  • Experience in production processes and leadership
