Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Registration Management:

Oversee the registration process for our after-school clubs and camps, including managing enrollment, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records using our online booking system.


Communication Liaison:

Facilitate clear and timely communication between parents, instructors, and management regarding program updates, scheduling changes, and other relevant information.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through regular updates via various communication channels.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining organizational systems.


Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a related field such as education, childcare, or youth programs.


Education:
Alevels or equivalent required. Additional education or training in administration, customer service, or related fields is a plus.

Organisation Skills:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including children, parents, and colleagues.


Customer Focus:
Genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for children and families. Empathetic, patient, and responsive demeanor.

Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gsuite and experience with database management and online registration platforms. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Passion for STEM Education:

A passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and a desire to inspire young minds through hands-on learning experiences.
