We are currently looking for an
EHS Admin Specialist to join us at our facility in
Wellingborough, UK.


We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and well-organized Health & Safety Administrator to join the company in providing administrative support to our Health & Safety Advisor.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Health & Safety Advisor by inputting incident, audit findings, and corrective actions into our system (training provided).
  • Manage training schedules, annual inspections, and record updates.
  • Coordinate health surveillance activities.
  • Prepare toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records on our database and support the EHS Advisor in integration planning.
  • If you are an expert, you will help as well in performing COMAH calculations. If not, training will be provided so you can get up to speed soon

Key Requirements:


  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook) and at least intermediatelevel Excel proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and a Chemical / Health and Safety educated level would be ideal

Skills:


  • Ability to organize and analyze information, and maintain wellstructured filing systems.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and the ability to work independently while managing your workload.
  • A positive attitude towards routine tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
